Return Policy


We want you to love what you have ordered!
If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days from receipt of merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

1. Please send an E-mail to us. We will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to you, and you will be provided with the return address at the same time.
Please do not ship merchandise to our P.O.Box address. We store the merchandise in a separate facility.

2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging ( include all warranty cards, instructions or any other materials) along with the packing slip and the RMA number.

3. We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS Parcel Post) and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts as this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid by you. SORRY, we cannot accept COD returns.

If you received an item that is damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered,
please save the box and all of the packing material and Email us immediately.
We'll tell you the proper course of action.
