| DELIVERY AREA. At this time, we ship only to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations, although we hope to expand our delivery area someday. A NOTE to ALL of our CUSTOMERS:. Shipping costs have significantly risen in the past year. This unfortunate cost hike is due to high cost of gas prices. Most carriers ( like USPS, and UPS rely on trucks and planes to deliver packages to your doorstep. ) Unfortunately, we must all bare these sharp rise of gas prices. SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require a correct billing address, so that we can help cut down on fraudulent usage of credit cards, that is currently so prevalent on the internet. This one step helps us cut down on fraud, keeps our costs down, and enables us to provide our customers with the best price possible. The procedure is done strictly to protect consumers, as well as ourselves as a merchant. We realize that this policy may be slightly inconvenient, however it enables us to provide you with the best possible price and service. Please see " Return Policy" page for more information. SHIPPING TIME. Orders placed by 12 noon EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within 1-3 business days. During holiday season ( November-January ), shipping times may take longer due to higher demand. Orders do not ship out on weekends or holidays. Regular UPS Ground Service will deliver in 1-2 business days to the following states ( MA, VT, NY, NJ, CT, RI, DE, MD, PA ). Regular UPS Ground Service will deliver in 2-3 business days to the following states ( OH, VA, WV, NC, SC, ME, NH ). We encouage customers to ship to an address where someone can receive the package. Packages left unattended on doorsteps, near garages, etc, may be subject to theft. Once the package is delivered to the preferred destination, we do not assume responsibility if the package is stolen by a third party. For smaller items, we may use USPS Priority Mail to ship your order to your destination. This will provide a significant savings to you, the customer. We reserve the right to choose the most convenient and economical way to ship your order to the customer. SALES TAX. For orders to delivery addresses within the State on New Jersey, a 7% sales tax will be automatically calculated. SHIPPING OPTIONS We ship UPS. We offer three shipping options for delivery within the contiguous U.S; UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, Next Day Air. Please note, Next Day Air not available to some areas. CHARGING POLICY You may charge your UnusualThings.biz purchase on Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit cards. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified by Email of any significant delays in shipping. Your credit card will not be charged unless and until your order or partial order has been shipped. We do our best to ship out orders complete. At times, when an item is out-of-stock or discontinued, the orders may be delayed. We do not back order any one item that was not shipped with the order.
